Tell us a little about yourself: FIVE MINUTES my Aunt's Pajamas. It took me OVER an hour to narrow the lists down to 5 artists and 5 songs!!! There are just too many great songs and singers in this genre!!

So you want to know a little about me. Well, I grew up in Riverside, California in a house where Ella Fitzgerald, Tony Bennett, Frank Sinatra, Rosemary Clooney, Nat King Cole ETC. were always playing in the background. My mother was a musician and gave my five siblings and me a real appreciation of good music.

Even as a teenager, I preferred Bobby Darin and Dean Martin to the Rock and Roll that captivated most of my peers. I am overjoyed that so many of my favorite "pop" artists are now embracing my favorite music.

It is so great to be able to hear Rod Stewart and Ella Fitzgerald without having to change the channel!

On the personal side. I have five of the greatest grandkids anyone could ever wish for. The three oldest ones, live in Albuquerque, New Mexico, near their other grandparents and the two youngest ones live about five minutes from me.

After spending over 20 years working as an Office Manager and Controller for a series of construction companies, I decided a few years ago, to slow down the pace a bit and started my own Bookkeeping and Income Tax business.

I also enjoy writing and have begun submitting some of my stories for publication. I'll let you know how that goes...when it does!
