HARRY YOUNG - 10 am - 3 pm JOHN VAN CAMP - 3 pm - 7 pm ROD WEST - 7 pm - 12 mid DAN LARKIN | If you think we're fun during the week, we're even more fun on the weekends! Sure, Martini In The Morning is the perfect choice at work, but can we really fully enjoy all this great music in our cubicles? NO! Take us home this weekend, enjoy this music for all that it was intended (hint: a fine martini + Martini In The Morning on the WiFi + a little whoopee = One great weekend!) To accentuate our great songs all weekend, we have some great Presenters to liven up your weekend as well. They're fun, insightful, and hey, they work for free, so we have to throw them a bone once in a while, and we figure what better way than to embarrass promote them with their own page on our site. For even more about each of our presenters, check out their individual Profiles In Exile, invite them to be your friend, or just leave them a cool comment. | Harry Young Harry is the foremost authority on "Our Music." A 40 year veteran of radio, Harry has presented on some of the finest radio stations in the San Francisco Bay Area of Norther California over his career. Now working in network television production (day job) here in Southern California, we are so proud to have Harry Presenting for us each Saturday and Sunday morning. Give him a listen, you'll definitely learn something about this great music while having a fun. | John Van Camp
John is a recent discoverer of "Our Music." A 20 year veteran of radio and television, John's roots don't stray too far from Brad "Martini" Chambers, having worked at some of the same stations as Brad back in the day in Central California and Fresno. Now a marketing executive in Southern California (yep, day job), John brings a fresh approach to his new found love for this music each Saturday and Sunday midday. Hang out with John this weekend for a real treat. | Rod West
Rod has spent most of his life in radio in some form or fashion, both as a "presenter," and also as a radio industry executive with some of the foremost syndicated radio programs (American Top 40, After Midnite with Blair Gardner). Rod had been a radio personality in New York City as well as Los Angeles, the two largest radio markets in the world. Now owner of a music production company serving radio and television (uh, day job), Rod brings a slightly irreverant spin to Saturday and Sunday afternoons, always entertaining and funny! Check him out this weekend. | Janie Oliver
Janie is our "Official Lady of Leisure." We're not really certain what that truly means, but Janie knows! Throughout her career in radio (and not so much leisure) Janie has spent time working in the Pacific Northwest, Canada and here in Southern California, where she is also in the film industry (and who isn't right?) But Janie's best talent is playing the Greatest Songs Ever Written whether it's weekend evenings, or early mornings leading into Brad "Martini" Chambers weekdays (or is that regular mornings where you are, or even afternoons?). | |
Kitty Collins Kitty is a HUGE fan of Martini In The Morning and its music. Kitty comes to MITM via a long radio career that started in Oregon, came thru San Francisco and eventually to Los Angeles. She loves snowboarding, animals, vintage clothing, classic movies and just about anything in leopard print! Check her out as she plays the Greatest Songs Ever Written. |
